What Payment methods do you accept?

All payments are processed by PayPal either via your personal account. Card payments are also accepted via PayPay, so you do not need to have an account with them to purchase from Boss Mini’s!

 

 Item are out of stock – when will it be back in?

As I have decided to only display stock that is either in stock, or readily available, all stock should be back available in fairly short order. Please feel free to drop me a message for confirmation if you like!

 

 

I have tried to add an item to the bag but it wont drop in!

Most likely reason is that you are limited to what I have in stock, if I don’t have it in my stockroom, I won’t sell it to you and have you wait whilst I order it in before shipping it out.

 

How do pre-orders work?

Put simply, if you place your order nice and early then I will be able to order it in and get it out to you ASAP! If you want to leave it to the last minute then I will only sell the additional stock I am ordering in.

 

 

What happens if I place a pre-order with stocked items?

If you place a mixed pre-order/in-stock order, it will be held until all items are in stock and then dispatched as a single parcel. If you cannot wait to get your hands on your new toys you can either place 2 orders, or contact me and pay postage for 2 packages.

 

When I order something, what happens next?

Once your payment is received, the Boss will swing into action and get your toys on the way to you. I will do all I can to avoid any potential delays, but if there are any issues I will contact you to let you know the situation and discuss the solutions available.

 

What happens if I order something and its not available?

It is not my intention to let this happen in the first place as I only have the number or items for sale on the site that I have in the stockroom, but should an issue arise, I will contact you to discuss the best solution available.

 

I have received an order but that is a part/ mismould/ something wrong with it?

The most important thing to do if you notice an issue with the product you have received is tell the Boss! As soon as you notice an issue, take a photo to attach and forward on to The_Boss@bossminis.co.uk. Please be sure not start to assemble or paint any part of the set that you have the issue with. Once you have made contact, I will be sure to liaise with the correct supplier to resolve the issue. Once I have an answer I will make further contact with a resolution which MAY involve you sending the item back, The cost of which will not be the responsibility of the purchaser, so be sure to keep all parts together. Ensure raise any issue within 14 days of purchase as outside of this time, I will be unable to resolve the issue for you. The cost of return postage in the event of missing parts/mismould/damage will be the responsibility of Boss Miniatures and Gaming.

I have changed my mind and want to return my item

 

If you are contacting The Boss because you have changed your mind within 14 days of dispatch, that's fine, not everybody can be as decisive as the boss! The Boss will be happy to discuss a trade for other items, a store credit, or refund, but please note, the associated cost of return postage will be the responsibility of the buyer in the event of a change of mind. Once Received back at Boss Minis, the return will be processed and refund/credit note/exchange will be actioned.

 

I'd like a refund?

 

If you want refunding for anything bought from Bossmini’s, be sure to contact me first before going to PayPal to raise a dispute. If there is an issue, I need to know about it and address the root cause! What the Boss doesn’t know, the Boss can’t fix.

Are there any terms and conditions relating to the Free Shipping offer?

Really straight forward, Spend £75 or more and get free postage in the UK. Dispatch is within 24 hrs of order being placed and and can take between 3 and 5 working days to arrive.

I live in Europe, can I buy from the Boss?

The Boss believes in open borders within Europe, so yes! There are 2 bands for shipping:

0-500g costs £6.20 - to give you an idea, a box of plastic troops/tanks weigh around 235 grams and a box of command troops/teams weigh 50 grams.

500g- 1 Kilograms costs £9.00

(Please note that if you were to order 3 boxes of troops and select the lower postage option, a PayPal invoice will be sent for the remainder of the postage cost and shipping delayed until settled. For confirmation of weights if you are not sure, please email The_Boss@bossminis.co.uk and I will weigh the goods for you - until I get the weights added to the item pages)

Packages sent to Europe can take between 5 and 10  working days to arrive at their destination but note, although you can reasonably assume the package should arrive within this time frame, it can take longer.

Please note that Bossminis takes no responsibility for local taxes in countries outside of the UK, the costs of which are solely the responsibility of the buyer.

I can’t find an item I want!

To start with I will have a limited stock range as a start-up business, though I will look to develop my stock range over time. If you have the time to wait and really want to take advantage of the other benefits of buying from the Boss – free dice and the chance to attend Boss-Fest and regular giveaways, contact me and let me know what you are after and we can discuss the available options!

I have multiple discount codes - can I use them all?

If you are lucky enough to be in possession of multiple valid discount codes at once, only one is valid to use per transaction. so if you had a 5% and a 10% code, you could choose which to use, taking the length of time each was valid for into account. If you have multiple money off coupons, you may need to contact The Boss via email for an invoice to make payment.
